Onuai is a cinematic platform for the way you actually live — messy, brave, full of detours and second starts. Not a checklist. Not someone else's story. Yours.

Whether you're building something, changing something, or searching for what's next, the path is rarely linear. Life gets in the way. Motivation comes and goes. Progress is hard to see. Most people don't need another productivity system. They need support for the journey itself. That's where Onuai comes in.
02 / What it isSpatial quests instead of to-do lists. Weather for your inner state. Footsteps that mark where you've actually been. Field notes, reflections, and a Temple of personal scrolls you unlock by living, not by clicking. Onuai is live, in your hands, and grows with you.
03 / Who it's forBuilders, creators, seekers, quiet rebels. People who burned out and don't want to rebuild the same life. People who got lost and want to walk a road that's actually theirs this time. Sometimes you push forward, sometimes you rest like a rebel — Onuai holds space for both, and turns the detours into the best chapters.
Onuai is live and in your hands today, and we're building the next chapters in the open. Founding Members fund the work, shape what comes next, and keep a permanent place in the story.

Onuai has been built over the last 18 months, often in fragmented pieces.
In many ways, it hasn't just been a prototype for a platform. It has been a prototype for my life.
A few years ago, I found myself climbing the wrong mountain. My ambition was still there, but eventually my body stopped before my mind wanted to, and I hit burnout.
That experience left me with a question:
How do we build lives that feel meaningful to us, instead of spending our energy chasing expectations, goals, and definitions of success that belong to someone else?
I wanted to wake up excited about life again. I wanted life to feel like an adventure, not an endless checklist.
During my recovery, I walked the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in Japan. As I moved through forests, mountains, sunshine, and storms, I realized something.
The journey wasn't about forcing progress every day. On sunny days, you could walk further. On stormy days, you rested. The mountain was still there. Every step still counted.
I remember thinking:
What if our life and goals could feel more like this?
What if we could see where we're heading, see our footsteps add up, adapt to the season we're in, and trust that progress is still progress — even when life doesn't move in a straight line or a clean 7-step plan?
That idea became the first seed of Onuai.
Our mission is simple: to help people understand who they are, who they are becoming, and stay with what matters long enough to build a life that feels true to them.
Onuai combines reflection and action, helping you visualize your progress as a journey rather than a checklist. A place to navigate uncertainty, reconnect with what matters, and — for those who want company along the way — gather around the campfire with others walking their own paths.
Onuai is still unfolding, just like my story, and yours.
Thank you for being here this early.
Your support helps shape what Onuai becomes. I hope that, in return, Onuai helps you build a life that feels more intentional, more meaningful, and a little more like an adventure worth waking up for.
